Our detached house is located in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales countryside between Bakewell and the lovely village of Ashford in the Water. There is private, off road parking in front of our house at the top of our drive.

We have access to numerous beautiful country walks right on our doorstep and it is easy driving if you wish to explore a little further a field. Reasonably fit walkers could take in Chatsworth House or Haddon Hall or Monsal Dale, or Lathkill Dale from our doorstep, stopping off for a very good pub lunch on the way.

We are a non-smoking establishment, and offer full English breakfasts or tasty alternatives. We will offer our list of what is on offer for breakfasts on your arrival.

We can offer you comfortable and pleasantly decorated double bedded rooms, standard and large, all with private ensuites and all with lovely views.
Rooms are situated on the first floor.

You will be able to park your vehicle off the road on our car parking area in front of the house, and leave it there if you want to visit the area on foot. There's lots to see within walking distance from our door.
